My Story
Hola! Thank you for visiting my website and considering my services. I’m Hady, a Nuyorican currently based in New York's Hudson Valley. I am a proud First Gen college graduate and corporate professional.
As I embarked on my career journey in the early 90s, I often found myself as the sole Latina or woman of color in many of the spaces I entered. Lacking guidance from a coach or mentor, I navigated companies and organizations on my own, realizing later that this gap hindered me from reaching my fullest potential.
I started Boldly Speaking to share my journey, insights, and lessons learned. My goal is to help Latinas and other underrepresented employees build the confidence to self-advocate, self-promote, and make the most of leadership opportunities, whether in ERGs or across their organizations.
