Hola! Thank you for visiting my website and considering my services. I’m Hady, a Nuyorican born and based in Brooklyn, New York.
As I embarked on my professional journey in the early 90s, I often found myself as the sole Latina or woman of color in many of the spaces I entered. Lacking guidance from a coach or mentor, I navigated companies and organizations on my own, realizing later that this gap hindered me from reaching my fullest potential.
My mission as the Chief Executive Officer at Boldly Speaking is to transform the experiences of women and people of color everywhere. I aim to empower underrepresented employees by equipping them with the skills to self-advocate, self-promote, and capitalize on leadership roles within ERGs and throughout organizations.
